Apologies if you’ve emailed us lately and not had a response.
It turns-out the latest update to our spam filtering software was a bit too zealous, and emails are going on hold that should come through without problems.
We’ve lowered the threshold so we are now getting more emails which includes a lot more spams of course. However, we will try to work through the tempting offers to enlarge parts, reduce other parts, inherit millions and answer anyone that is waiting.
Hugest and most special apologies are due to a customer in France who was given the wrong tracking number for her purchase because the shipping labels got held by the spam filter, re-issued and then released.
Will it happen again?
Let’s just say that we are likely to switch mailing hosts soon. We’re pretty agile here, so that could mean very soon.
